Who we are

Product Supply that starts with you.

Multiply Supply is an Australian-based contract manufacturer located in Sydney. We specialise in product development, guiding clients through design or sourcing, high- or low-volume production, and various packaging methods.

We work alongside our clients to determine the most effective production method for each project. Our manufacturing services include injection moulding, 3D printing, CNC machining, die casting and PCB manufacturing.

Manufacturing Methodology

STEP 1

SPECIFICATIONS

We work closely with clients to conduct research and analysis of product requirements. Identifying project constraints such as time, quantity and budget allows us to uncover potential challenges and lay the groundwork for development.

  • – Talking to clients and identifying constraints such as time, quantity and budget (uncovering potential challenges and lay the groundwork for development).
  • – Identify key details from clients about their projects such as the colour, size, material, customisation, weight, durability and finish.
  • – Through this, we can identify the most effective manufacturing method and goals, making informed decisions during the process.
  • – Early assessment of project creates a well thought out plan that reduces risk and towards success.
STEP 2

DESIGN SOURCE

At Multiply Supply, we either design or source products depending on clients’ needs. For custom projects, we work closely with clients who require concept refinement and development. For existing products, we source and deliver with exact requirements.

  • – At Multiply Supply, we either design OR source (either one or the other).
  • – Design refers to working alongside clients for specific projects that needs refinement / design informed decisions. Examples include colour, dimensions etc.
  • – Source refers to measuring and delivering the specific request as provided.
STEP 3

MANUFACTURE

Manufacturing processes is determined by its desired quantity, complexity and intended application. We provide both high- and low-volume production, working closely with clients to determine the most efficient approach.

  • – Choose either “low” or “high” volume production depending on the quantity, intentions and complexity of the design.
  • – Example of this; low volume production would be specifically chosen for prototypes, limited edition products, or specialised components while high volume production would be for automotive parts, consumer electronics enclosures, or PCB components.
  • – Low volume production run fewer than 10,000 while high volume production run more than 10,000 units.
STEP 4

SUPPLY

All products are inspected throughout production to ensure they meet required quality and safety standards. Packaging processes are tailored across primary, secondary, and tertiary levels to protect products from damage and contamination. We also support various carrier options including road, rail, sea, and air, to ensure timely delivery.

  • – Quality control of products – inspected during processing to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.
  • – We have different levels of packaging including primary, secondary and tertiary (ensures the products and packages are secure, preventing deformation, exposure and contamination)
  • – We have lots of different carrier options including road, rail, sea and air.
